Hi Everyone!
I just received an e-mail notice from Maureen Brady letting me know that the BIGWILL (British Interest Group of Wisconsin and Illinois) genealogy group will be having an all-day program on Saturday, May 19, 2012, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The program will take place in Richmond, IL.
The program title is “Courting Your English Ancestors”. The speaker for the all-day program is Michael John Neill.
Check out the website for the organization at:

Here is a link to a “flyer” provided to me by Maureen that gives further details of the day’s program. Registration is required and the soon closing registration date is approaching. Registration information is contained in the following flyer.
What follows after the separator in Italics is the e-mail text I received from Maureen describing more of the program:

Hi everyone. Just wanted to send a reminder about our BIGWILL seminar on May 19th. I have attached a flyer.
The deadline for pre-registration is this week, so I thought that a reminder might be in order. Michael John Neill is a terrific presenter who focuses on organizing our research to set goals and also analyzing what we have to lead us to new record possibilities.
Though the title infers that this will be about English records, Mr. Neill’s presentation will mainly focus on US records and how we trace our ancestors through those records. It should be a wonderful day.
If you can, I would appreciate you passing this on to your mailing lists.
Thank you.
Maureen Brady

Walk-ins are welcome on the day of the event if you decide to go at the last-minute. However, the lunch is not guaranteed.
If you have English ancestors, this sounds like a very good program to help you with your research. If you are not a member of BIGWILL, perhaps you may want to consider joining the group and work with others doing similar research on English ancestry.
Check out the group and this program. You can energize your English ancestral research by tapping into this great group and this great upcoming program.
